A record of changing questions.
This is a living record rather than a polished origin story. Dates, conversations, screenshots, exports, commits, and remembered turning points can be added as the archive is revisited.
Early browser experiments
Small games became a laboratory for natural-language-directed development. The objective was less game design than observation: how much behavior, interaction, and visual character could be described in English and translated into working browser software?
Space Invaders, Snake, Cyber Runner, Rubik's Cube, Pixel Pet, and Mandelbrot Lab now form the fossil layer—the visible remains of an earlier question.
From prompts to conversations
The meaningful unit of work expanded beyond the isolated prompt. Ideas developed through revision, explanation, debugging, contradiction, and long-running context. The conversation became the first draft.
Multi-model practice
Work began moving among ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Grok, browser tools, image and music generators, local editors, and VS Code agents. One system generated while another criticized, organized sources, repaired structure, or crossed a debugging gap.
The interesting question stopped being “Which model is best?” and became “How do these perspectives complement one another?”
Working systems
The same conversational habits moved into larger automation, integration, data, API, ServiceNow, Quickbase, accounting, warehouse, and field-operation systems. Testing, runtime evidence, users, and operational consequences became active participants in the dialogue.
Conversational Artifacts · 2026
The collection began a deliberate transition from a game gallery into a living research notebook.
Collecting thoughts that wanted to become software.
AI Orchestra and Feedback Knot shifted the center of gravity toward interactive thought experiments about distributed judgment, dissent, verification, feedback, and provisional acceptance.
Still observing
The next rooms explore cognitive ecology, the Vibe-Coded Spaghetti Monster, distributed watersheds, cybernetic gardens, agent federations, environmental nervous systems, and the history preserved inside apparently ugly complexity.
