Development rarely moves in a clean line. Intent, implementation, critique, evidence, constraints, and human judgment loop around one another—sometimes productively, sometimes like spaghetti with credentials.

A working observation
This is not a claim to have mastered cybernetics. It is a field note from someone learning by building feedback systems and watching where authority, evidence, and correction actually move.
No clean handoff
Intent changes after implementation. Constraints appear late. Tests contradict reviewers. Reviewers challenge tests. The artifact is accepted provisionally, not declared perfect.
Disagreement has a job
Dissent is useful when it remains visible, evidence-bearing, and reversible. The goal is not unanimous agents. The goal is a system capable of correcting itself.
